Emma oversees our comms team, developing and delivering content and media which maximises engagement and drives support for rewilding.
Alex manages SBP’s income generation, supporting the long-term sustainability of the organisation.
Lisa serves as principal officer and strategic leader of SBP, working to drive long-term sustainability while ensuring the charity remains fleet-footed, impactful, and effectively managed.
Hayley oversees SBP's wide range of projects and works closely with our project leads to ensure we are delivering on our commitments to funders and supporters.
Mat heads up our Visual Content team, overseeing SBP’s expanding creative outputs.
Stef develops our innovative programme of rewilding training courses and study tours, as well as managing our team of guides and trainers.
Aidan is SBP’s in-house ecologist, working with our Northwoods partners to enable more rewilding actions on the ground.
Tara oversees SBP’s administrative and management processes, ensuring there is a reliable and effective virtual office function at the heart of our operations. She also supports our communications and engagagment activity.
Heather has strategic and operational ownership of SBP’s finances, and is responsibile for HR policy and processes.
Jane is responsible for the operation and development of our exciting programme of rewilding experiences.
James supports our growing community of Northwoods land partners across Scotland, all committed to nature recovery.
Sharyn supports SBP's day to day financial activities and manages the HR needs of our growing team.
A key member of SBP’s fundraising team, Sarah works to ensure a diverse income stream and oversees our supporter journey.
As part of SBP’s filmmaking team, Christina plays a central role in helping to drive support for rewilding by producing impactful, high-quality short-format films and video content for social media.
Kathleen’s focus is building meaningful relationships with corporate partners and developing sustainable investment in rewilding.
With over 20 years in charity finance, Bryony works on various aspects of SBP’s finances, including VAT and payroll.
Sally develops and manages SBP's varied communications campaigns, and works with media to amplify SBP’s voice and visibility.
Hugh works to broaden support for a wilder Scotland, advancing the rewilding conversation by engaging new audiences and promoting win-wins that benefit both nature and communities.
OUR TRUSTEES
Jack brings expertise in scaling organisations, impact measurement, and designing theories of change. As a Scottish rewilding landholder, he blends hands-on experience with strategic insight.
Liliana is an equity, diversity and inclusion professional with a great passion for the natural world. She supports SBP on internal policies and processes, and people and organisational development.
As a teacher and trustee of SBP, Alan works to ensure that young people have their voice heard when discussing the future of the natural environment in Scotland.
Madeleine is a strategic leader with over a decade experience in developing partnerships, collaborations and innovative programmes. She's passionate about nature restoration and reconnecting people with nature.
Elliot brings his experience as a finance professional to SBP, as well as his passion for conservation and rewilding.
Julie has more than 15 years’ experience leading fundraising for environmental, cultural and heritage charities. A move to Scotland in 2022 deepened her connection to the natural world and her passion for nurturing native flora and fauna.
Richard has over 20 years experience as a sustainability professional and this, coupled with his passion for nature, drives his work to support rewilding in Scotland.
Rebecca brings significant experience in communications, public affairs and advocacy, as well as strategy development and implementation. She has a long-standing personal interest in the natural environment in Scotland.
Dan brings expertise from 15 years of experience working in finance. He combines this with a passion for nature conservation and rewilding, focussing on sustainable, long-term environmental impact.
